I booked a room with an extremely comfy bed, Wi-Fi and blinds. Thoroughly enjoyed the bedroom, it was good sized, and the stay overall was excellent, had late check-out. The location was particularly good for Dargaville, very close to shops.

I absolutely loved the charming and cozy decoration of this motel. The vintage furniture and the beautiful floral wallpaper reminded me of my childhood home. It made me feel warm and nostalgic during my stay. The common areas were also well-maintained and had a comfortable sitting area where I could relax and chat with other guests. The motel was easily accessible for senior people like myself, with well-lit pathways and no stairs to climb. It was a relief knowing that I didn't have to worry about navigating through complicated layouts or tripping over any obstacles.

I only wish there were more activities tailored specifically for senior guests. It would have been lovely to have some organized social gatherings or events where we could meet and connect with other mature travelers.

The location here is excellent, being near a footpath, supermarket, and restaurants, and the staff are all very kind and friendly.

During our recent trip to the North Island, we stayed at a motel close to both the town center and the stunning Kai Iwi Lakes. the location was perfect for our family, as we enjoyed exploring the town's shops during the day and relaxing by the lakes in the evening.

we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip.
